Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Improve platform performance
  • Analyze usage
  • Provide a better user experience

On our public website, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand page visits and improve our public information. It loads automatically on the public pages listed below, without an analytics consent banner or preferences control. Previously saved analytics choices are no longer used, and analytics does not depend on local browser preference storage.

Coverage is limited to the home page, English and Arabic business landing pages, vendor landing page, download page, this privacy policy, terms and conditions, vendor agreement, and account-deletion information page. Email verification, password setup, early-access data, unknown pages, the standalone vendor guides and onboarding presentations, and the vendor and admin portals are excluded from this integration.

We use automatic page views without custom form or click tracking. We do not attach account records, form inputs, or account-link proofs as custom analytics parameters. Before loading analytics, we remove query parameters from the public page’s address, keeping its section link. Only short campaign source, medium and campaign-name identifiers made of letters, digits, underscores or hyphens may be retained for attribution. This format check cannot identify personal information inside a valid-looking value; campaign owners must use public campaign codes, not personal values. On the English and Arabic business landing pages only, an operator-approved prospect attribution code of one to seven digits may be retained in the configured page address and the lead_code analytics user property. This code can be linked to a prospect and is a pseudonymous identifier; numeric syntax is not a guarantee that a code is free of personal data. Other public visits explicitly clear this property in our configuration, without a promise of historical deletion. We do not persist the code in application storage. Other queries and all fragments are omitted from configured page addresses; referrers omit all queries and fragments. External and sensitive referring paths are reduced to their origin. Google’s automatic measurement features also depend on the stream settings and can include technical device and usage information.

This integration is not used for advertising. Advertising consent, Google signals, and ad personalization are disabled. Google Analytics uses pseudonymous browser and session identifiers and may store first-party cookies during visits. Technical visit and device information can still be personal data and may be processed outside your country. Browser settings can also restrict or clear cookies.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services such as:

  • Messaging providers (e.g., SMS, WhatsApp)
  • Analytics tools
  • Cloud hosting providers

These providers process data on our behalf under strict agreements.

Children’s Privacy

Loopzit is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
